Refund & Return Policy

IMPORTANT: No Right of Withdrawal for Digital Products

According to Article 15, Paragraph (h) of the Turkish Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 6502), digital products delivered electronically DO NOT have a right of withdrawal.

1. Our Products

AutoJetTrack sells DIGITAL TRACKING NUMBERS for UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL carriers. These products:

  • Are digital content (not physical items)
  • Are delivered instantly via email
  • Cannot be "returned" once delivered
  • Are immediately usable after delivery

2. No Right of Withdrawal

Legal Basis: Turkish Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 6502), Article 15, Paragraph (h):

"The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following contracts: Delivery of digital content or digital services that are not provided on a physical medium."

Since tracking numbers are digital content delivered via email (not on physical media), STANDARD RETURNS AND REFUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE.

3. When Can I Get a Refund?

Although there is no right of withdrawal, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement in the following exceptional circumstances:

3.1 Valid Refund Reasons

Technical Issues
  • The tracking number does not work on the carrier's official website
  • The tracking number shows as "invalid" or "not found"
  • The tracking number was already used (duplicate)
Delivery Issues
  • Payment was successful but no tracking number was received
  • Email delivery failed (server error)
  • Wrong tracking number type delivered (e.g., ordered USPS, received FedEx)
System Errors
  • Duplicate charge (charged twice for one order)
  • Wrong amount charged
  • Technical malfunction on our platform

3.2 Invalid Refund Reasons

The following are NOT valid reasons for refund:

  • Changed your mind after purchase
  • No longer need the tracking number
  • Found a cheaper alternative
  • Didn't read product description
  • Exchange rate changed after purchase
  • Personal reasons unrelated to product quality

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund based on the valid reasons listed above:

Step 1: Contact Us Immediately

  • Time Limit: Within 24 hours of purchase
  • Email: support@autojettrack.com
  • Subject Line: "Refund Request - Order #[Your Order Number]"

Step 2: Provide Details

Include in your email:

  • Order number
  • Purchase date and time
  • Tracking number received (if any)
  • Detailed explanation of the issue
  • Screenshots or evidence (if applicable)

Step 3: Verification

Our support team will:

  • Review your request within 24 hours
  • Verify the tracking number status
  • Check our system logs
  • Determine if the issue qualifies for a refund

Step 4: Resolution

If approved, we will:

  • Option A: Provide a replacement tracking number (preferred)
  • Option B: Issue a full refund to your original payment method

6. Replacement Policy

If your tracking number is defective or doesn't work:

  • No Additional Charge: Replacement is free
  • Same Carrier: Replacement will be for the same carrier type
  • Priority Support: Replacement requests are handled with highest priority

7. Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with our refund decision:

7.1 Internal Review

  • Response time: 48 hours

7.2 Consumer Arbitration

For unresolved disputes, you may apply to:

  • Turkish Consumer Arbitration Committee (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti)
  • Turkish Consumer Courts (Tüketici Mahkemeleri)

These institutions have jurisdiction according to monetary limits set by the Ministry of Trade.

8. Important Notes

  • Always check your spam/junk folder if you don't receive the tracking number
  • Test the tracking number immediately after receiving it
  • Report issues within 24 hours for fastest resolution
  • Keep all order confirmation emails for your records
  • Ensure your email address is correct before purchasing

9. Fraud Prevention

To prevent fraud and abuse:

  • We may request additional verification for refund requests
  • Excessive refund requests may result in account suspension
  • False refund claims may result in legal action
  • All refund requests are logged and monitored

10. Warranty

  • All tracking numbers are valid and registered in carrier systems
  • Tracking numbers are unused and available for use
  • Delivery is instant (within 5 minutes)
