Terms of Service & Distance Sales Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between AutoJetTrack ("Seller," "we," "us," or "our") and the customer ("Buyer," "you," or "your") for the purchase of digital tracking numbers through our website.

2.1 Product Description

The products sold through our platform are DIGITAL TRACKING NUMBERS for major international shipping carriers including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL. These are valid, unused tracking numbers registered in the official systems of respective shipping companies.

2.2 Pricing

Prices on our website are displayed in USD (US Dollars). However, payment is processed in TRY (Turkish Lira).

4. DELIVERY

4.1 Delivery Method

Digital Delivery via Email - Tracking numbers are sent to your registered email address immediately after payment confirmation.

4.2 Delivery Time

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (IMPORTANT!)

6. WARRANTY AND LIABILITY

6.1 Our Guarantee

6.2 Prohibited Uses

STRICTLY PROHIBITED USES:

• Creating fake shipments
• Fraud or deceptive practices
• Misleading customers
• Trademark or brand infringement
• Any illegal activities

Consequences: Orders placed for illegal purposes will be:

• Immediately cancelled
• Not delivered
• Reported to authorities if necessary
• Subject to legal action

6.3 Buyer's Responsibility

The BUYER IS FULLY RESPONSIBLE for how tracking numbers are used. The Seller is only responsible for providing valid, active tracking numbers. Any misuse or illegal use is entirely the buyer's responsibility.

7. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In case of disputes arising from this agreement, Turkish Consumer Arbitration Committees and Turkish Consumer Courts have jurisdiction according to the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade each year.
